BlazeFit offers three distinct Virtual Coaching options, designed to give you real coaching, real accountability, and real results—no matter where you live.
1. Private Virtual Coaching (1-on-1)
This option is for clients who want maximum attention and coaching.
You’ll train at a local gym of your choice, while a BlazeFit coach connects with you live via FaceTime or video call. Your coach will:

Walk you through every exercise in real time

Cue form, tempo, and intent

Adjust the workout as needed

Coach you just like you’re training inside Blaze
This is true 1-on-1 coaching, delivered virtually.
2. Semi-Private Virtual Coaching (Up to 4 People)
Semi-Private Virtual Coaching delivers the same live coaching experience, with a small group dynamic.
You’ll train at a local gym near you, while a BlazeFit coach leads the session live via FaceTime or video call with:

You and up to three other participants (4 total)

Real-time coaching and feedback

Structured workouts designed for progression and accountability
This option is ideal if you:

Want coaching at a lower cost than 1-on-1

Enjoy training with others

Live too far from Blaze to attend in person
3. Virtual Coaching (Program + Accountability)
This option is for clients who prefer flexibility but still want structure and accountability.
A BlazeFit coach will:

Design a custom training program based on your goals, schedule, and experience

Provide nutrition and recovery guidance as needed

Hold you accountable through weekly 1-on-1 check-ins
You complete your workouts on your own, then meet with your coach once per week to review:

Workout progress

Nutrition or meal plan adherence

Energy levels, recovery, and stress

Adjustments needed to stay on track and hit your targets
